NEW Look!!

Well our 1 year anniversary is coming on March 5....... and to celebrate we will be giving the site a nice makeover....

As most of you know we have added a lot random features most on a whim to see what works... some were awesome and some not so much... so as part of the overhaul we will be removing everything that didnt work and improving everything that did....

Now as always happens some may hate the new style or want back the features we removed... we will be leaving the current style available it will just no longer be the default for the site...

So something for everyone to look forward to.....

Please let me know here anything awesome features you would like to see here and what you dont think works and i will take it into consideration before we launch our new style....

Aye, we won't go into that discussion again.
There's been a couple threads about it and the concluding statement:

After having a little chat we decided against having a chat. Chats destroy forums. They take away content and information from the forum. This content, that would be stored if posted in the forum, is subsequently lost due to the nature of chats. Being able to go back and look what has been said weeks, days or just hours ago is major part of this page. Therefore there will be no chat.

But anyway, can't wait for the change. :)

Dear god, at least back up the forum before you go into Construction-mode. The RP forum can't take another hit like last time...

We are working on the styles, not the database. If you compare the forum to a car this is like scraping off the paint, not repacing the motor block. So chill out pls.

Um, this is L we’re talking about. Somehow, someway, every time he decides something new has to be done to the forum, either by him or by his peers, something fucks up. Give this guy a sock and a potato bug and leave him in your living room and in ten minutes your flat screen TV has been inadvertently bisected.

Well the change log in the admin area has almost 10000 entries. Be happy not every one of them goes wrong ^^

so paranoid... we have spare backups of the entire forum, if you guys knew how many adjustments, changes ect... the percent of errors is laughable at best...

dont worry... all the changes are occuring in the new style, nothing about the current look of the site will change, were not rebuilding the site just giving it a cosmetic make over

Kinda hard to believe nothing will go wrong and hard to believe there's been so many succesful changes when the forum bombs like every 15 minutes.
